dc.description.abstractOur study in titled school policies and local community expectations, states, School in Cameroon does not cope with population's behaviors or habits. This study deals with the difference between school practices of the needs of its beneficiaries, hence the following question: How can we explain that, despite introduced reforms within the system, education pains in coping with local communities expectations? This main question has enabled the hypothesis stating that, School policies should integrate local communities aspirations or expectations. Through a qualitative approach, datas have collected from 10 samples via semi directives interviews. From the contains analysis technical, it yields that school policies do not really care with local people expectations. In the view of the above, our main advice is that local communities should be a part of the setting of school practices.fr_FR
