Résumé: Our study focuses on: managing emotions and working efficiency: the case of FEICOM. It aims to show the influence of emotion management on the efficiency and performance of employees and managers at work. We noticed that, emotions are usually neglected while taking into account the elements that make de employee more effective. The hypothesis we made is that, good management of emotions positively influences work efficiency. By emotions management, we mean the ability to regulate, control and make the most of one’s emotions and feelings. The research problem is that of the effect of emotions management in the professional environment. The solution proposed to the employee is that of the acceptance of his work environment for himself and for others, and introspection at each occurrence of emotions. The manager must acquire the qualities of a minute manager, that is to ensure that he manage the employee at the height of his capacities, without overloading him, while motivating him with encouragements and congratulations. The first part of this work consists of the literature review of the concepts emotions management and efficiency at work. The second part follows a study of the impact of management on the work performance. At the end of our analysis, we made some suggestions for the FEICOM staff, from the simple employee to the manager.
