Résumé: The teachers and lecturers of the University network also use ICTs more in their tasks. One can only think of appearance of the computer in the classroom around 1980-1995 periods of computer and multimedia educational applications, the projection of power slideshows, multimedia room, computer laboratories and Internet access that deducted around 1995 and almost all educational institutions of Cameroon. The methods of evaluating the teaching of students are hampered by difficulties of implementation which hinder their effectiveness. The procedure for collecting and processing information and consulting results is particularly very heavy to manage when it involves several thousand students, several teachers and many different formations. The solution Quizzbox is software of evaluation of the teaching secured, put in place to optimize the evaluation process. The use of network makes it possible to make available and manage the questionnaires in real time. The results can be consulted in the form of indicators and scorecards, but also answer to open-ended questions. The system is now used by all the components of the University of Yaounde I, which has about 50000 students. This work deals with the evaluation and managementof evaluation systems: case of the Quizzbox at the University of Yaounde I, this of evaluates the relation that exists between evaluation by the numerical and the management of systems of evaluation. A part of this research conducted at the University of Yaoundé I in faculties of Sciences and Arts, Letters and Human Sciences. The researchquestion returned is as follows: « what is the influence of remote evaluation on the management of evaluation systems at University of Yaounde I ? » this leads to the general hypothesis that « tele-evaluation influences the management of evaluation systems at the University of Yaounde I ». It has been operationalized and has given rise to four research hypotheses: RH1: technological competences of teachers influence the evaluation system at the University of Yaoundé I. RH2: scripting questions with Quizzbox influences the management of the evaluation system at the University of Yaounde I RH3: the procedure of passing quiz box improves the management of the evaluation system at the University of Yaounde I RH4: the automation of corrections influences the management of the evaluation system at the University of Yaounde I. The data was collected through a questionnaire submitted to a population of 30 teachers. These data are the subject of an inferential analysis with the SPSS sofware 20. The result obtained show that tele-evaluation influence the management of evaluation system of the University of Yaoundé I. Our general hypothesis is therefore confirmed to 75%. Because the hypothesis 4 is invalidated. Some suggestion have been made with a view to getting teachers to better integrate dan‟s evaluation process with digital to improve the management of evaluations and especially to reduce the risk of errors on the publication of the grade students.
