dc.description.abstractThis study deals with assessing the relevance of academic training and the impact this would have on the level of employability of students in chains in the sector of services to enterprises in Cameroon. This work proposes a diagnosis on the employability problem which might face the students and especially those sector administration and business management. To operationalize the research, the main issue has exploded in four specific issues relating respectively to the types of courses offered, the quality of the contents of training programs, eligibility for training and in the end, the quality of assessment procedures. An analysis of data collected on the ground reveals a relevance of training in mixed case and therefore, reveals an employability which would be delicate in the subject covered by this research.fr_FR
