Résumé: Cameroon is a secular, multi-ethnic, multicultural and multi-religious State. Indeed, since 1990, the law of association (law 80/53 of 19 December1990) the application of the principle of secularism promotes and facilitates the establishment of different religiosities in the national triangle and particularly in the locality of Ebolowa. Implantation of these various religions leads to the problem of religious cohabitation which is the central issue of this argumentation. Ebolowa is presents in the religious level as a crossroads of all the major religions of Cameroon. Traditional religions added Christianity and Islam. Also, this locality is inhabited by several ethnic groups who live together and collaborate peacefully despite their sociological, cultural and religious differences. If religion poses the problems of inclusivism and exclusivism, how do the many religious communities settled in Ebolowa? share the feeling of belonging to the same territorial space, especially religious and carry out projects of unity, integration, dialogue and development? Answering this questioning leads us to borrow the analytical method, while basing ourselves on the investigations, the collection of data and the confrontation of information relating to our subject. Thus, the object of our study aims to promote ecumenical dialogue, peace and development in the locality of Ebolowa. Through inter-ethnic marriages, multi-ethnic cohabitation, frequentation of common unifying places and spaces, religious tolerance of the practice of secularism observed, the construction of a strong, open and united religious cohabitation is more and more noticeable in Ebolowa. From our analysis, it emerges that the locality of Ebolowa is a melting pot of multi-confessional and ethnic cohabitation. The relations between religions in this locality offer a fine example of cohabitation and peaceful collaboration between Christianity, Islam and the ancestral religion.
