dc.description.abstract | Education constitutes a boon for economy and the development of a country as much as mineral resources; just like in the rest of world in Cameroon national education also occupies a priority place hence its place in the objectives of sustainable development and emergence .It is a pillar of training , of building human capital .Thus , issues relating to education are a priority in Cameroon .Consequently , the Cameroonian educational field has evolved very rapidly in the light of African and global educational prescriptions and strategies . It has therefore evolved and influenced reforms, class practices and the various processes of the teaching -learning situation. After many findings, it was noticed gaps related to the rate of repetition, completion and success. Hence the current problem. That relating to the internal efficiency of the educational system of secondary education in Cameroon. A central question emerged which is: “how the implementation of the APC can ensure the internal efficiency of educational system of secondary education in Cameroon?” Form this question also arise secondary questions on which we have oriented the present analysis , also structured around different research objectives such as :” describe the process of implementation of implementation of the APC in an educational system form the angle of the pedagogy of integration based on the foundation of the teaching of internal efficiency and describe the process of implementation of learning by integration allowing the internal efficiency of the secondary education system” . To carry out this research, we proceeded to a methodology based on a qualitative approach. And using a semi-open interview guide, we collected data form the study population. We reached the results according to which: several processes and elements enter into the implementation of APC from the point of view of internal resources and learning through integration make it possible to improve the internal efficiency of education system. The results noted with a percentage of 100% a contribution of the reform to improving academic results, cognitive acquisition, the success rate, the completion rate of retention, repetition and also reducing the rate of retention, repetition and failure of on the one hand failure of on the one hand and lead to the design of APC implementation project and better understanding on the other hand. | en_US |
