dc.description.abstract | This research is based on the observation of disparities in performance observed among primary school students from a nursery school with a good administrative and educational organization and among those from a school without one. The objective is to assess the influence of the quality of the administrative and educational organization of the original nursery school on the performance of primary school students. To achieve this objective, the research question that guides our research is formulated as follows: what is the influence of the quality of the administrative and educational organization of the nursery school of origin of the students of the school group and the Public Application School of the Administrative Center of the city of Bafoussam on their performance? To provide an answer to this question, we postulate that the disparities in performance between these two categories of students can be explained by the quality of the administrative and educational organization of the nursery school from which they come. The methodology is based on a survey. Qualitative carried out in six nursery schools in the district of Bafoussam 1st through the collection of data from 500 students in the Western region of Cameroon, department of MIFI, Arrondissement of Bafoussam 1st and in the public school group of the center administrative during the month of March 2024. In order to better study the correlation between the dependent variable and the explanatory variable, we carried out a regression of the binary variables, that is to say the Mc Fadden logistic regression through the software Stata 2017. The research also mobilizes two main theories. These are organization theory and preschool education theory. The results reveal a very strong correlation between administrative and educational organization and the performance of primary school students in fundamental disciplines. We can say at the 1% significance level that a good administrative and educational organization of nursery schools has a positive influence on the performance of primary school pupils in fundamental disciplines. | en_US |
