Résumé: Tourism is one of the target economic rector on which the state counts for the economic take-off of the country, also its contribution can be assimilated to that of the industry. Inspire of the numerous touristic potentials and its exigency in term of external exchange, the posses a less developed touristic sector. Infarct identifying the touristic potential and presenting the touristic offer of the locality, presenting the strategies of institutional and non-institutional actions for the development for tourism and their impacts on local development are the elements of possibilities in which can evolve tourisms in the locality. All of these constitute the subject matter of our study. To carry out our research, the hypotetico- deductive method witch integrated elements of the systemic approach and sampling permitted us to investigate households through 120 questionnaires alongside. Hence, the locality offers natural of well as cultural touristic attractions which has to be exploited for touristic aims meanwhile these potentialities are under exploited. Most of the efforts rendered are from the state at the level of the budget judged unsatisfying for the development of the touristic sector. Contribution of the local population comes from associations, from common interest groups with the collaboration of the rural community for certain realizations. Nevertheless, the actual study pinpoints the necessity for a developmental orientation of this sector, towards other domains of the economy. That is why planified projects are proposed to the states and the cooperation of the different actors intervening in the take-off of tourism this can contribute to direct employment as well as an improvement in the standard of living of the local population.
